We will find the answers to these questions in the body of information which comprises of :
the whole set of 7 volumes of the “URTEXT Manuscript (Seven volume combined edition 2009) of A COURSE IN MIRACLES”,
To comprehend what all these answers mean, and to apply them in the reality of our daily life, we need a certain mind-training .
This mind-training is meant to only stimulate :
1) the knowledge of the wording, i.e. the syntax, of the Source-texts.
2) the knowledge about the Cause and Effect of the detour of Man into an incompatible universe.
3) the way of reading the Source texts in the sense of de-coding this information. In so doing may we come to realise the Meaning of the messages.
4) the creative use of relevant metaphors can help open our minds to metaphoric imagery for the training of our thoughts.(The teacher Yeshua the Nazarene himself used metaphors in the Gospels.)
5) the appreciation to observe regular Moments of Stillness,for the mind to be able to settle down in quietness, openness and ultimately to attain freedom and the Peace of God.

1. The Source text:
We thankfully refer to the aforementioned URTEXT Manuscript, which was so diligently gatherd, thoroughly studied, compiled and edited in a scholarly fashion by Mr. Doug Thompson in 2009. One of his great merits hereby is the integration of this body of authentic information into a searchable CONCORDANCE. In this vast concordance did he also share a second version of the Course and even 2 Bible versions. These were meant for Scholarly studies and serve his endeavour very well.
In the same spirit as Mr.Thompson do we hereby share with him the Urtext and its CONCORDANCE . And as the latter functions as a kind of an oracle for the searching mind, we gave this website the following web-name:

2. Cause & Effect of Man’s detour
The source UR-Text of the Course in Miracles teaches us about the Cause of Man’s detour into an incompatible universe with the following cryptic metaphoric verses:
T 27 I 6. Into eternity, where all is one, there crept a tiny, mad idea, at which the Son of God remembered not to laugh.
In his forgetting did the thought become a serious idea, and possible of both accomplishment and real effects.
Together, we can laugh them BOTH away, and understand that time can NOT intrude upon eternity.
It IS a joke to think that time can come to circumvent eternity, which MEANS: there is no time.
A timelessness in which is time made real;
a Part of God Which can attack Itself;
a separate brother as an enemy;
a mind WITHIN a body;
all are forms of circularity, whose ending starts at its beginning, ending at its cause.
T 18 B 4. Call it not sin, but madness, for such it was, and so it still remains.
Invest it not with guilt, for guilt implies it was accomplished IN REALITY.
And, above all, BE NOT AFRAID OF IT.
When you seem to see some twisted form of the original error rise to frighten you, say only, ‘God is NOT fear, but love,’ and it will disappear.
THE TRUTH WILL SAVE YOU. It has NOT left you, to go out into the mad world and so DEPART FROM YOU.
Inward is sanity; INsanity is OUTSIDE you.
You but BELIEVE it is the other way; that truth is OUTSIDE, and error and guilt within.
3. De-Coding the Ur-text material of “A Course in miracles.”
All information, that emerges in our minds from another higher or deeper dimension, can and needs be de-coded. Because of their meaning and relevance can they not be understood straight away.
De-coding starts with critical syntax reading and searching for key-statements. And these statements are to be found in the vast material itself. Within these key-statements we find various key-words ( in bold and eventual color) which are helpful in the “de-coding” to come to the meaning of the messages.
Here are some Key-statements :
# T 21 C 13. “Yet the truth is you were both created by a loving Father, Who created you together and as one. SEE what “proves” otherwise, and you DENY your whole reality.”

4. Moments of Stillness
For this, we are invited to observe regular Moments of Stillness. The mind needs this to be able to settle down in quietness, and openness and ultimately to attain freedom and the Peace of God.
UT 18 H 9. To do nothing is to rest, and make a place within you,where the activity of the body ceases to demand attention. Into this place the Holy Spirit comes, and there abides.
UT 18 H 10. He will remain when you forget, and the body’s activities return to occupy your conscious mind.
UT 18 B 5 And turn you to the stately calm within, where, in holy stillness, dwells the living God, you never left, and Whonever left you.
UT 18 B 6. The Holy Spirit takes you gently by the hand, and retraces WITH you your mad journey OUTSIDE yourself, leading you gently back to the truth and safety within.
He brings all your insane projections and your wild substitutions which YOU have placed OUTSIDE you, to the truth.
Thus, He REVERSES the course of insanity, and restores you to Reason.

I rest in God today, and let Him work In me and through me, while I rest in Him, In quiet and in perfect certainty.
5. Thought Metaphor
The didactic use of relevant metaphors (as the teacher Yeshua the Nazarene used in the Biblical metaphors of “The Good Samaritan” and “The Prodigal Son”) opens our minds up to useful metaphoric imagery to practically train our erring thought with.
Out of a deep Moment of Stillness emerged a metaphoric image about the Son of God.
The relevant Code keys to understand and develop the thoughts which lead us to the metaphoric thought-image of our Creation are: “Both”, “together” and “as One” > T 21 C 13.
This particular text source tells us: “Yet the truth is, you were both created by a loving Father, Who created you together and as one. SEE what “proves” otherwise, and you DENY your whole reality.”
T 25 I 13. > Their Father gave the SAME inheritance to both.
G 1 A 10 > There is no way that we can go alone. But when we come together there can be no way in which the Word of God can fail.

MIND-Training no.1
1. “Together and as One“
The Son of God is revealed to man as “TWO in ONE”. Two other independent sources confirm His Divinity.
a) The Pistis Sophia > The “example” about story in the Pistis Sophia about “Mother Mary and the boy Jesus” is a clear indication of the “Twin-brotherhood configuration” of “Jesus”.
Pistis Sophia Book I § 60 The answer of Mother Mary to the risen Christ: “Thy Power once prophesied in these words about thee. When thou wast small, before the Spirit came upon thee, while thou wast in a vineyard with Joseph, the Spirit came forth from the height he came to me into my house, he resembled thee. And I did not recognise him and I thought that he was thou. And the Spirit said to me : ‘Where is Jesus, my brother, that I meet him ?’ And when he said these things to me, I was confused and I thought that he was a phantom to tempt me. But I took him, I bound him to the leg of the bed in my house, until I came out to you in the field, thou and Joseph, and I found you in the vineyard, as Joseph was hedging the vineyard with reeds. Now it happened, when thou didst hear me speaking the word to Joseph, thou didst understand the word and thou didst rejoice. And thou didst say : ‘Where is he that I may see him? Or else I await him in this place’. But it happened when Joseph heard thee saying these words, he was agitated and we came up at the same time, we went into the house. We found the Spirit bound to the bed. And we looked at thee with him, we found thee like him. And he that was bound to the bed was released, he embraced thee, he kissed thee. And thou also, thou didst kiss him and you became one. “
b) The Aquarian Gospel: of Jesus the Christ > “The Resurrection of Jesus”
Chapter 172, § 32 And then the earth began to quake and in the rays of light they saw a form descend from heaven. They said, Behold an angel comes.
33 And then they heard again, “Adon Mashich Cumi”.
34 And then the white-robed form tramped on the Roman seal, and then he tore it into shreds; he took the mighty stone in hand as though it were a pebble from the brook, and cast it to the side.
35 And Jesus opened up his eyes and said, All hail the rising sun; the coming of the day of righteousness!
36 And then he folded up his burial gown, his head bands and his coverings and laid them all aside.
37 He rose, and for a moment stood beside the white-robed form.
38 The weaker soldiers fell upon the ground, and hid their faces in their hands; the stronger stood and watched.
39 They saw the body of the Nazarene transmute; they saw it change from mortal to immortal form, and then it disappeared.
40 The soldiers heard a voice from somewhere; yea, from everywhere, it said:
41 “Peace, peace on earth; good will to men.“
Chapter 173, § 14 And Mary looked within the tomb, and saw two Masters sitting there; they said, Why do you weep?

This “Two-in ONE” configuration is best translated and understood in the metaphor of a Divine TWIN Brotherhood ( or Sisterhood).
This Metaphoric Imagery of this Divine TWIN enables us to accept, to comprehend and to realize this, during the process of the following Mind-Training.

2. The GEMINI constellation.
A metaphor alike “The Prodigal Son”.
Let us make use of a metaphoric Thought-image for thought-development and let us to go beyond this with thought-transition unto a higher realm of Thought.
In the early days of the last Millennium during the Roman persecution of the followers of Yeshua the Nazarene (known as Saint Issa in India), the constellation of the PISCES ( a Duo figure of 2 fishes) was their secret symbol of identity.

And today the constellation of GEMINI, hoovering every day above our heads, is a concrete and visible celestial symbol that we creatively can appreciate as a metaphor to sustain our imagination and understanding of the True Being, as God created us. It depicts the configuration of the Divine Twin-brotherhood in Christ.
It is indeed very helpful to appreciate, understand, and see it as a TWIN-configuration of the Siamese type which means: a fixed con-joined Twin-brotherhood with shared vital organs.
In so doing, by mentally exercising and experiencing this configuration as a relevant metaphor for our True Being, we can realize how concrete and permanently NEAR the Presence of our Loving Creator is. This is vividly depicted in the permanent connectedness as is seen in the metaphor of our conjoined Twin Companion.
Indeed: “… the TRUTH is, you were BOTH created by a Loving Father, Who created you TOGETHER and as ONE.”

Our Key Question is now :
What am I ? ~ Who am I ?
T 21 C 13. “Yet the truth is you were both created by a loving Father, Who created you together and as one. SEE what “proves” otherwise, and you DENY your whole reality.”
T 20 D 10. “Strengthen your hold, and raise your eyes unto your strong Companion, in whom the meaning of your freedom lies.
T 18 B 8. He loves you both, equally and as one. And as He loves you, so you ARE. You are NOT joined together by illusions, but in the Thought so holy and so perfect that illusions cannot remain to darken the holy place in which you stand together. God is with you, my brothers. Let us join in Him in peace and gratitude, and accept His gift of our most holy and perfect reality, that we share in Him.
3. The ILLUSION of the SEPARATION between the TWINS.”
This seemingly occurred within our TWIN-Brotherhood.
In the Curriculum of the “COURSE in MIRACLES” we learn about this as follows :
T 27 H 6. In separation from your (Divine Twin) Brother was the first attack upon yourSelf begun. And it is THIS the world bears witness to.
T 5 E 13. The Separation is merely another term for a split(-off) mind. It was not an act, but a thought. Therefore, the idea of Separation can be given away, just as the idea of unity can, and either way, it will be STRENGTHENED IN THE MIND OF THE GIVER.
The EGO is the symbol of the Separation, just as the Holy Spirit is the symbol of peace. What you perceive in others you are STRENGTHENING IN YOUR SELF.
You let your mind misperceive, but the Holy Spirit lets your mind re-interpret its own misperceptions. The Holy Spirit is the perfect teacher. It uses only what your minds ALREADY understand (in the Higher mind), to teach you that you do not understand it (now, being in the lower mind).
Therefore: The Separation seemed to have occurred, but it is an Illusion of ourselves, which we way back then have deliberately chosen and which we NOW still believe to be true.
Remember always: “The EGO is the symbol of the Separation.”
What you perceive in others you are STRENGTHENING IN YOUR SELF i.e. in your EGO– thought system.

MIND-Training no. 2
1. The CORRECTION of error
T 2 D 8. The correction of fear IS your responsibility. When you ask for release from fear, you are implying that it isn’t (your responsibility).
You should ask, instead, for help in the conditions which have brought the fear about. This condition always entails a separated Mind-willingness. At this level, you CAN help it.
T 27 C 16. And thus is healing given BOTH of you.
“Correction MUST be left to One Who knows: correction and forgiveness ARE the same.
With HALF a mind, this is NOT understood. Leave, then, correction to the Mind That IS united, functioning as One BECAUSE It is not split in purpose, and conceives a single function as Its ONLY one.
Here is the function GIVEN It, conceived to be Its Own, and NOT apart from that Its Giver keeps BECAUSE it has been shared.
In His ACCEPTANCE of this function lies the means whereby your mind is unified.
His SINGLE purpose unifies the halves of you that you perceive as separate.
And each forgives the other, that he may accept his OTHER half as PART of him.”
T 3 B 5 …. “Forgiveness is an empty gesture unless it entails correction. Without this, it is essentially judgmental, rather than healing.”
2. The JOINING Together, as Divine TWIN Sonship.
T 18 B 7. Within* yourselves, you love each other with perfect love. Here* is holy ground, in which no substitutes can enter, and where only the TRUTH about each other can abide. Here* you are joined in God, as much together as you are with Him.
The original error, of taking the “tiny mad idea of separation” seriously, has not entered here, nor ever will. Here is the radiant truth, to which the Holy Spirit submitted your relationship. Let Him bring it here, where YOU would have it be. Give Him but a little faith in each other, to help Him show you that no substitute you made for Heaven can keep you from it.
T 18 B 8. In you there is no separation, and no substitute can keep you from each other. Your reality was GOD’s creation and HAS no substitute. You are so firmly joined in truth, that only God is there. And He could NEVER accept something else INSTEAD of you.
He loves you both, equally and as one. And as He loves you, so you ARE. You are NOT joined together by illusions, but in the Thought so holy and so perfect that illusions cannot remain to darken the holy place in which you stand together.
T 18 B 11. You have been called, together, to the most holy function that this world contains. It is the ONLY one that has no limits, and that reaches out to every broken fragment of the Sonship, with healing and uniting comfort.
T 18 D 3. If you knew Who walks beside you on THIS way, which YOU have chosen, fear would be impossible. You do NOT know, because the journey into darkness has been long and cruel, and you have gone deep into it. A little flicker of your eyelids, closed so long, has not yet been sufficient to give you confidence in yourselves, so long despised.
You go TOWARD love, still hating it, and TERRIBLY afraid of its judgment upon you. And you do NOT realize that you are NOT afraid of love, but only OF WHAT YOU MADE OF IT.
T 18 D 6. Each instant that we spend together will teach you that this goal is possible, and will strengthen your DESIRE to reach it. And in your desire lies its accomplishment. YOUR desire is now in complete accord with all the power of the Holy Spirit‘s Will. No little, faltering footsteps that you may take can separate your desire from His Will and from His STRENGTH.
I hold your hand as surely as you agreed to take each other’s (as your outward projections). YOU WILL NOT SEPARATE for I stand with you, and walk with you in your advance to Truth. And where we go we carry God with us.
T 20 D 10. Strengthen your hold, and raise your eyesunto your strong Companion, in whom the meaning of your freedom lies. He seemed to be crucified beside you. And yet his holiness remained untouched and perfect, and with himbeside you shall you this day enter with him to Paradise, and know the peace of God.
T 21 C 13. Yet the truth is you were both created by a lovingFather, Who created you together and as one. SEE what “proves” otherwise, and you DENY your whole reality.

3. REVIEW Again
W 170 R5 1.
We now review again. This time we are ready to give more effort1 and more time2 to what we undertake.
We recognize we are preparing for another phase of understanding. We would take this step completely, so that we may go on again more certain, more sincere, with faith upheld more surely.
Our footsteps have not been unwavering, and doubts have made us walk uncertainly and slowly on the road this course sets forth. But now we hasten on, for we approach >
. a greater certainty,
. a firmer purpose and
. a surer goal.

Prayer :
“Steady our feet, our Father; let our doubts be quiet and our holy minds be still, and speak to us. We have no words to give to You. We would but listen to Your Word and make it ours. Lead our practicing as does a father lead a little child along a way he does not understand. Yet does he follow, sure that he is safe because his father leads the way for him.
So do we bring our practicing to You.
. And if we stumble, You will raise us up.
. If we forget the way, we count upon Your sure remembering.
. We wander off, but You will not forget to call us back.
Quicken our footsteps now, that we may walk more certainly and quickly unto You. And we accept the Word You offer us to unify our practicing, as we review the thoughts that You have given us.”

This is the thought which should precede the thoughts that we review. Each one but clarifies some aspect of this thought, or helps it be more meaningful, more personal and true, and more descriptive of the holy Self we share and now prepare to know again:
“God is but Love,
and therefore so am I.”
# This Self alone knows love.
# This Self alone is perfectly consistent in Its thoughts;
. knows Its Creator,
. understands Itself,
. is perfect in Its knowledge and Its love, and
. never changes from Its constant state of union with Its Father and Itself.

W 170 R5 5. And it is This holy Self that waits to meet us at the journey’s ending. Every step we take brings us a little nearer.
This review will shorten time immeasurably if we keep in mind that This remains our goal, and as we practice it is This to which we are approaching.
Let us raise our hearts from dust to life as we remember This is promised us, and that this course was sent to open up the Path of Light to us, and teach us, step by step, how to return to the Eternal Self we thought we lost.

I take the journey with you.
For I share your doubts and fears a little while, that you may come to me who recognize the Road by which all fears and doubts are overcome.
We walk together.
I must understand uncertainty and pain, although I know they have no meaning.
Yet a Savior must remain with those he teaches, seeing what they see, but still retaining in his mind the way which led him out, and now will lead you out with him.
God’s Son is crucified until you walk along the road with me.
My resurrection comes again each time I lead a brother safely to the place at which the journey ends and is forgot.
. I am renewed each time a brother learns there is a way from misery and pain.
. I am reborn each time a brother‘s mind turns to the light in him and looks for Me.
I have forgotten no-one.
Help me now to lead you back to where the journey was begun, to make another choice with Me.

W 170 R5 8. Release me as you practice once again the Thoughts I brought to you from Him, Who sees your bitter need, and knows the answer God has given Him (our Divine heavenly Twin-Brother) .
Together* we can laugh them both away : i.e the accomplishment & real effects of the dream of separation………. > T 27 I 6.) .
Together* we review these thoughts. .
Together* we devote our time and effort to them. .
And together* we will, teach them to our brothers.
God would not have Heaven incomplete. It waits for you as I do.
I am incomplete without your (Twin-) part in Me .
And as I am made whole, we go together to our ancient Home, prepared for us before time was and kept unchanged by time, immaculate and safe, as it will be at last, when time is done.
